I called T-Mobile with a question about a blackberry account:
Me: Hi, I just got a new blackberry from T-Mobile but it came with two SIM cards; I need to know which one of them is valid.
Dude on the Phone: OK….
Me: … So, umm… could you do that for me ?
Dude on the Phone: You may want to call T-Mobile…
Me: I thought I did – who is this?
Dude (annoyed): This is verizon
